1. Agreement to Terms

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Your enrollment in a course is for your personal use only. You may not share your account or course materials with others. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

For courses that require payment, you agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refund policies will be clearly stated at the point of sale for each course. Please contact us for a quote and to discuss payment options.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any local, state, national, or international law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission; impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MarketingMastery, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
